Styling Goldies’s Room with Tommee Tippee

Goldie’s Nursery

A girl! After styling two little boys’ room I’ve finally had my chance to pull together a beautiful nursery for my Goldie. I’m so excited to give you a little look and share some of my tips for creating a nursery that is both stylish and functional.

Let’s begin with the crib (Leander), the main feature of any nursery. I wanted to create a space that Goldie would feel comfortable in, but also design a focal point with a pop of colour with through a floral-patterned sheet (Kip & Co.).

The canopy (Numero 74) adds height to the ceilings, softens the room and is perfect for day naps – helping block the sun.

As you saw in Stanley’s and Otis bedroom design, I’m a massive fan of patterned feature walls (while Mr K isn’t and spent the longest time sticking them up and getting them perfectly spaced). I tried to choose a design that could grow with Goldie as she does, hopefully seeing her through right up to those teenage years!

The most important part of any nursery is that it works for you and your bub, from feeding to change time. Which brings me to my favourite part of this whole nursery – the Tommee Tippee Twist and Click Nappy Bin. Now before you think I’m crazy, hear me out. This little bin of joy has completely eliminated bad nappy smells from the nursery AND the slim design allows it to fit seamlessly into my nurseries styling. I wish has this when I had the boys, it’s already saved hundreds of trips to the bin!

Add a super comfy feeding chair (Freedom) and every single zoo animal imaginable and you’ve got a super cute, neutral-toned, feminine nursery that both you and your little one will love to be in!
